of our Lord 1726. I William Newbury of Evesham in the county of Burlington
a Planter being very Sick and weak...
...I Give and bequeath unto Marsey my Dearly beloved wife the
Full power and Comand of these my Lands and Living and all mannor
of my household goods & moveables during my ??????. Item, I give
my well beloved Sons Haskar Newbury & John Newbury whom I
Likewise Constitute make & ordain my only & sole Executors of this my
Last will & Testament all & Singular the Lands messuages & Tenements
by them freely to be possessed and enjoyed by them their heirs & aforesaid?
Forever, after the Death or marriage of their Mother Mercy and the lands
to be Divided between them Equally, and that they Shall pay ten pounds
to Josiah and Wm. Hasker shall pay five pounds to Wm & John five pounds
to the other & eight pounds to be paid unto my Daughters?. Five pounds
to Mary, Five pounds to Eliz. Two pounds to Sarah and Two pounds
